It's none of my business to give you advice since i don't know you, but all i want to say is don't be mean to yourself you are the one who sets your value if you treat yourself as such, everyone would treat in the same exact way, Ashton, take care of yourself and treat yourself nicely, then people will be nice to you, love yourself and love your body and when you do you start to treat it nicely by eating healthy and exercising, and setting boundaries, and trust me Ashton when you start taking care of yourself and respecting yourself, your life will change, everyone will treat you differently, don't let people determine your value, because YOU are the only one who could.
