Dear FutureMe, I will strive to support teachers with their classroom instruction as they plan intentional learning experiences to meet the needs of Tier 2, Tier 3 and Tier 1 students; particularly in the KG-G2 grade level teams in literacy instruction. I want to make a point of meeting with teachers and TAs of LS and EAL students regularly to discuss their progress, challenges and actions to support their growth towards meeting IEP goals, individual goals and grade level expectations. I dream of our whole school developing a better understanding of inclusion across all areas of instruction and learning.
