Dear FutureMe,
I hope you're happier than you are the day you're writing this. Are you? π―ππππ? Or are you secretly isolating your pain? Hiding it? I want you to know that you πππ good enough, pretty enough, and smart enough. You πππ enough--no matter how much you doubt yourself. π«ππ'π; don't doubt yourself. Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will. You can do anything you set your mind to. Don't give up. π«ππ'π. All you have to do is believe in πππ. It's better to be an optimist rather than a pessimist.
How's life? Now, don't be subtle or fearful. No shame here. Be honest and true. Are you studying abroad in the UK? I know that was one of your biggest fervent dreams. And what about Lewis? Are you still with him? I know you thought he was the one--so, ππ he?
What about your relationships with Felix, Julia and Thomas? You guys still buddy-buddy? Or have things changed? I know you consider them ππππ people; you don't know what you would do without them. You can't see life without them. So, are they still in your life? I hope they are because that kind of loss hurts more than traditional heartbreak. And I don't want you to be hurting.
What about family? How are they? Healthy? Passed..? I hope not; I know how much you care and love them. What about anybody else? Have you met anyone worthwhile in your life? A new friend? A lover, perhaps (if Lewis is no longer in the picture)? I bet they're great if you've met someone new.
What goals have you achieved? Anything memorable? Astounding? You probably have--you're intelligent. But the real question is: are you living life true to ππππππππ? Remind yourself: don't try to meet everyone elseβs expectations, you might be drifting far away from yours. And that's all that matters.
Are you taking care of yourself? As much as you should? How's your anxiety and eating habits? I hope that they're not as serious; I hope you're taking care of yourself. You matter. I know sometimes its hard, but you're strong.
Anyways, I hope you are happy. The best possible happy. Take care of yourself.
