A letter from April 30th, 2019

Time Travelled — almost 5 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Hi! I'm back and I can hopefully write a proper letter now. So... um... are you an editor now? I kind of hope so. That'd be neat. So, you're 25 now, almost 26. Holy ****. Hopefully I have a boyfriend by now. Remember my fling Wesley that I had back in 2017? Oh those were interesting times. Now I'm in the library at rrcc and I'm hoping to graduate in December, and then... I honestly don't know. I really don't. Maybe I want to transfer to Metro or CU? I really don't know. Do I want to move out then? I do kind of want to live in a dorm. That might be cool. I don't think I'm ready yet though. I wish you could tell me what's gonna happen, but unfortunately, that's not possible. I just have to wait. Well, I guess that's it. Oh wait! PLEASE tell me Christina and Nick are still together! <3 Also Kayla and Joey! <3 They're high school sweethearts and it'd be amazing if they still loved each other as much now as they did back then! <3 One more thing I just thought of. I'm ashamed I didn't ask this sooner. How are Mac and Chris? Mac would be 10 years old now and Chris would be 5. (Mac's my dog and Chris is my fish, for those of you who are wondering.) If either of them are gone, I'm sorry for bringing them up. I know how I handle grief, and sometimes just bringing up something that makes me sad can set me off. So I might've just made myself sad. I'm truly sorry about that. It's ok though they're in a better place now, just remember that <3 Ok I really am done now. Bye future Lisa! Sincerely, Lisa from 2019
